Well, got in a second chest day, my friend from out of state wanted to do chest, so we did this time it was all dumbbells, and I got a great pump! I was still a little sore from the chest day I had for days ago, but I think it was a good move to shock the system. I got in another solid day of cardio, feeling fantastic this morning.
Well hope everyone has a great and blessed day, I’m off to church, then work, then rest…tomorrow is leg day! yeah!

So today was another great day, got in a fantastic workout, did deads for 225 for reps. followed by t-bar rows, seated rows, and pull ups, then I followed with some ez-bar curls, alternate curls, and hammer curls. Then I got to spare with my buddy some good ground work, finally he got a arm bar and I had to tap. still great practice. Then we ran for 30 mins.
Going to show my friends Chicago, get a huge steak! then a good night sleep for round 2 tomorrow! Well all have a good day!

Well to start off today I was up early had a good breakfast, 1cup oatmeal with 2 scoops of whey (40grams), and a dt. dew. got ready for work, then rode my bike (6.5 miles) to work. It was an awesome morning, not to cool not to hot. made good time about 39 minutes, which its alot up hill, and my back tire seems alittle low. Now I’m having a shake, with 40 grams whey, and 5 grams glutamine, and a banana! I’ll also be riding home tonight, which is a quicker ride (more down hill!) then off to the gym for Chest, Delts, and Triceps, followed by some heavy bag work, and stretching.
I’ll also be starting on NO shotgun, today. hoping to get a good summer pump, cut some body fat with the extra cardio (plus save a little money!) by riding my bike to work (and yes its a peddle bike, silly people…)
As always thanks to all my Friends for the support, and look for new pics every sunday night, going to track myself weekly, so the first round of pics starts this week! Everyone have a great and blessed day! -Brian

Well I always come up with a routine and fall away this time, I’ve found a great support team, found a something to motovate myself. Owning a gym, it will be a few years away, but a buddy of mine ask if I want to open a gym with him. After alot of thought I’m really thinking of doing it. we have a plan, we kind of found a area, and he has check on insurance, and supplments, and equipment. all thats left is finding funding. of course loans we are looking in to loans, and if we plan for a few years down the road, we can save and have a good down payment on a building. or maybe find a gym to buy.
So on to bigger and better things, including myself! well heres to the future!

Well, I decided to enter the Mucsle tech 50k challenge, I figured this would be a great way to jump start my summer training. with me switching to a new routine and cleaning upp my diet this is the perfect way for me to get things done. And hey if I should win something, bonus! So I’ll be away this week end and will be posting my new before pics come sunday evening.
This should be fun, I’m pumped I’ll be figureing out a new diet and pushing my workouts to the next level. Wish me luck, and everyone have a great week end!

Well today starts my new 3 months to a better me, going back to the basics. 3 day split push pull legs, and doing it twice a week, with lots of cardio. I always seem to fall short of my goals, so this time I’m going to start with the basics, build a good fondation, and cut my body fat, I want to build my cardio, and get my eating back in line.
Todays work out was fantastic, did a 5 min warm up, then pull downs, low row, standing rows, rev grip pull downs, then on to barbell curls, and then preacher curls, then close to an hour of cardio, and 15 min of stretching. good start to the day!
Everyone have a blessed day, and stay strong stay focused.
