Controlled Intensity…or Complete Insanity?

This world is not for me….
I try and esacpe but voices keep me chained like a ****in ANIMAL…
Chains, restraints, rules…things like this are destined to be broken, no, ****in shattered.
You bring me pain, but it only keeps me moving, lets me know im still alive.
I take my pain and agression out on you…iron…in my sanctuary…my place of utter insanity.
It is an out of this world experience…

The bells bang, the set begins
I cannot hold back, cannot stop myself.
Adrenaline hits me and I plow thourgh my last sets like a ****in train.
My body screams in complete agony, but my mind laughs in disgusting pleasure.
The cold steel feverishly begs to crush me, every single fiber in me fights, like there will be no tommorrow…fights till  300lbs become a feather…
The the few hundred pounds of cold iron, crash on the ground.
I stand, letting my self catch the smallest glimpse of self victory.
My face is be drippin with sweat, nose pouring fresh blood, painful tunnel vision and a pain in my stomach that im sure will result in vomit.
I love every second of it.

People please, read the god damn profile page before you try and join. The group is not for people tryin to get into shape or just starting out, and of course no ****in gym rats….Look if you are one of those people I’d be glad to help just stop tryin to get testy with me if I deny you and see no clear reason. Ask me respectfully and I will glady take the time to fully explain it and if I turn out to be wrong then of course I’ll change my opinion. Again, the group is for HARDCORE BODYBUILDERS  in waaayy to deep…..

Damn that stung

December 20, 2008

Writing this is very difficult right now, i have my middle finger all wrapped up right now. While some idiot was doing his daily curls a little close to the db rack my grip slip and a 25lb hit my finger, didnt hurt so i finished my set and look down and my finger is dripping blood. Turns out i almost cut the right side beside my nail off and didnt feel a thing. In fact i went rinsed it off for a bit wrapped a few bandaids around it and finished my next two exercises with the same intensity as normal. Might hurt tommorrow.

Just about to start hard training after a week off to get ready for all the new things. For the first time in my training i will actually use brand name top of the live supps! They are Muscle techs nitro tech and vapor, proabolic feed, and my first cycle of m-drol! i start monday!!!! wish me luck!
