I am going to get into competition shape soon, maybe not all the way because i have to find a contest to compete in first. So if any body can help me with finding a competition or with preparing for one it would be greatly appreiciated.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a bicep tricep program so if any one knows a good one that doesn’t cost any money or have any good tips i’d like to hear them
