GOOD MORNING

Hey Everyone!!

 BIG NEWS!! I am finally below 200lbs!!!

Thanks to everyone who has added me as their friend. Everyone on here again is so great!!! Thanks for all the advice and being my cheerleaders in all of this.

Well the new job is going well…I have adjusted my schedule pretty good to include my workouts in the am and sometimes at lunch. We have a pretty nice gym at my part time job that is free for those that work there so that makes it easy to run over at lunch time and get a work out done.I’m pretty wore out by the time I get home at 9pm but it’s all pretty worth it.

Training for my Ukrops 10k in April is going well too. The first few weeks were pretty cold out so I didn’t do much running outside since cold weather makes my asthma worse. But it’s warming up nice so I’ll be running outside from now on.
