The most amazing motivation!
So I am sitting at my desk minding my own business when I get a email. Mandatory company white water rafting trip. First I am like Great! Its going to be a blast. Then I realized that I had almost completely stopped working out and my diet had been hit and miss at best. Here I am going to be standing in front of my co-workers in all my fat glory. It hit me then. I may only have 4 weeks to do something in and I may not be ripped with a nice six pack. But I can make myself a little leaner and at least not be sore about it. 1 week into trying to loss weight and I step on the scale 5 pounds gone. I have only worked out once. This is just from following my diet better. Its nice to see a big drop off so little work. Now I can’t wait to step it up and see if i can double that number. If I can get another 20-30 pounds of fat off by the time of the rafting trip I will be ecstatic. Who would of thought being seen in front of your co-workers could make you want to be fit so bad.
