I’ve been reading a lot about xreps or partials and their affect. I’m going to include them in my workout whenever I can. I’m going to hit the upper body and lower body twice a week. I’ll hit it hard for four weeks, coast for a week doing only one body part a day for a week, then finish with another brutal four weeks. Cardio will be the hardest for me. I’ll do abs on cardio days. I’m hoping a clean diet will offset my little cardio.
