week 5 workout 2 gvt
best wokout yet smashed everything
i did 10 x 10 @ 47kgs bench press!! 2 sets up from last week. so up it to 49.5kgs already im surprised at that..
i know ive done 49kgs 10 x 10 in the past wen we did gvt with my old pt but that was in a gym and ive also been able to do heavier bench at my gym then at home and i defs feel im at my strongest now.. funny how that works. but once i can do 52kgs 10 x 10 i can safely say is a pb... not long!
seated bicep cable curls. added 2 sets to this as well for 10 x 10 on the 3rd plate.. i felt heaps weak a the start and once again by the end i managed them. so 4th plate.. its funny i remember wen i first started at my new gym i could only do like 2nd plate for 3 sets lol
so stoked. happy days.. progress pics yeh i got a bit chubs but definitely looks like (well to me) ive added size ... added half a cm to my calves
