week 5 workout 1 gvt
squats @ 32.kgs plus bar 7 sets of 10reps
then 2 sets of 27kgs plus bar. for 10 reps. yes i did 9 sets not 9
cuz i almost died... lol... it knocked me around hard i did not feel right after this.
pushed on with hammy curls but had a 10 min break or so
hammy curls 9th plate 3 sets x 10 (up a set from last week) then 7 sets 8th plate
