week 4 workout 4 gvt
changed overhead pressing to DB presses.
so i did 12.5kgs DB presses for 8 sets of 10 then 10 kgs for 2 sets
10 x 10 10kgs plus bar calf raises.. so 12.5 next week..
calf raises are funny things im not sure if they are working right. but meh ill keep gong i do feel it in them at the time but not much after like the next day or anything
also did maybe 6 sets of lateral raises... 8kgs maybe 4 sets and 7kgs for 2 sets just last bit of fatigue
