70kgs x 10 bench press
squats i wouldnt have a clue.... id say around 75kgs x 10... did 30kgs plus bar (so 38kgs) for 8 sets of 10 reps.
deadlifts. no idea. hamstring curls did 6th plate 10 x 10
42kgs x 8 overhead press
calf raises 10 x 10 @ 5kgs plus bar
lat pulldowns 10th plate 12 reps
leg extensions 12th plate - for 12 reps
db shoulder press 20kgs x 12
tricep pulldown is 12th plate 12 reps.
**** i keep doing blogs saying this but i always stay there..
i have to push out of my comfort zone!
