week 3 workout 1
did 9 sets of 30kg plus bar squats... so added a nother set from last week
the 10th set i did 25kgs plus bar
did 10 x 10 hamstring curls 7th plate... this was tough last couple of sets the reps to be honest werent perfect but i still did them so im gonna up it again to 8th plate
did some leg extensions 10th plate i go 10 so 9th plate i got 12,11,10
