PLATAEUS!!!!!!!!! plataeus are by far one of the hardest things to overcome in working out especially if your an ectomorph trying to put on mass before the skool starts back. although im not really an ectomorph anymore i hav found that the best way to put on mass is to EAT! EAT! EAT! change your diet to high calories and protein. its also good to get a lot of calories and protein in before you go to bed because that s when you need it most. eat on a schedule not just when your hungry. (every two hours). also if your doing cardio slow down or stop doing it until your happy with the changes and progress of your weight gains.

WHO SAYS YOU NEED A GYM??????????? (this entry is not meant to be offend anyone who uses supps or workout gyms ) i bought a $50.00 weight set from a guy up the road from me and its all free weights. even before that I used 2 tires and a long board to support me while i do chest flies and the bench press. even though i dont got to the gym ive been working out a really hard for about a year now and ive seen some really nice gains!!! about 11lbs since i first started and since the begining of the summer, about 7lbs. i also dont get caught up in using supps im sure there good and all but i cant afford to spend all my money on that stuff(occasionally i spend money on protein bars for a pre-workout meal.)this goes to show that even if you cant buy all the stuff that goes along with this sport you can still be successful. even if gains are slower, dont let it get you down.
