WOW!I’ve been really w/ing out as much as possible .I incorporated the ‘men of steel ‘ series.I have to push myself as hard as I can ! I want to look good for my 20 yr class reunion , and I’m doing the marathon —both in Sept!!

Yesterday I woke up and worked out , then I headed out to the lake .I hated being in a bikini and didn’t want to take my shirt off ……..until I looked around !!I couldn’t believe I was in better shape than everyone else.I know living here in Wisconsin we all love the beer , brats and cheese—and it truely showed.Seeing all those people out of shape, motivated me EVEN more to achieve my goals.Today I woke up and worked out EXTRA hard…I did 2 videos -"turbo Jam " and "Arms and chest of steel " ,a full 75 minutes of kicking my ass.I feel great and plan on heading back to the lake today for some more fun in the sun . Have a good day !Play hard and train even harder.

Today was measured by strength .I pushed myself to get those extra reps in .15# hand helds get pretty heavy after the 3rd and 4th set (doing 12 reps), but i did it and will push harder tommorrow.

Every day can be a struggle with something, but today is a different day! Today I took extra time for myself …I took an extra long walk and did those extra few reps that I didn’t want to do

How can I stay when we no longer get along,

We tried so hard to get the music right,
But the rympth of the beat , made us lose sight.
As a dance is more than music, it is part of the soul,
A torch of passion to the heart ,like fire to a coal.
Many different voices sing the very same tune,
Yet few capture it’s meaning under the moon.

There never seems to be enough time in the day for myself, or aleast that’s what I thought!!Having the ambition to get back in shape didn’t take too long after seeing all these beautiful people on this site.
I now do whatever I can to get some kind of exercising in daily.Hell,even when I dry my hair or take a shower I do some ab work or a couple of squats.I make sure I stretch 3xs daily—which really helps.I know everything takes time , But eating right and passing up that dessert makes me feel good about myself .
