I am moving kcals up to 4000. I have actually started losing weight at 3500 on my new workout routine. Macros are as follows:

CHO=430g Pro=340g Fat=100g

Each meal on workout days will containg the following:

80/50/17

On rest days, I will lower CHO by about 150g.
