Goals
I guess I will start this thing by posting some of my goals. I am currently bulking, with a longterm goal of being around 215 ripped. Needless to say, I will be bulking for a long time. I have wasted many years bulking in the winter, and then cutting in the summer for the abs. Stupid decision, but I have realized that finally, and am making the necessary changes. Anyways, stayed tuned……..
