20 minutes on my bike trainer, crunches 2 sets to middle 50, to sets sides 50, lowers 3 sets 25 and upper and lower alternates 2 sets 50, obliques 2 sets 25.
inner thigh leg lifts 2 sets 30, outer thigh lifts 2 sets 30, pelvic tilts 3 sets 25, push ups2 sets or 25

morning: was scrambled eggs x2 with mushroomscoffee cream & sugar, hasbrowns, oj
afternoon: was fruit pizza, brownie, a piece of veggie pizza, pepsi, and cerley, broccoli dipped in nonfat
dinner: smirrnoff ice, shriozz wine,h2o, salad with balsalmic,scallops, peas with mushrooms, spinach with tortila chips

crunches 200 upper abs and 3 sets of 25 lowers

30 minutes of running on the treadmill this morning!!!
Back and Biceps today
lat pulldowns, seated rows, hammerstrength high rows, dumbell rows, pull ups, dumbell curls, hammer curls, spyder curls "just tried them for the first time out of a magazine", barbell curls, and some abs
3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
then in the evening I went back to the gym for a great class taught by DASH called TOTAL CHAOS FOR AN HOUR!! IT IS A GREAT SWEATY CARDIO WORK OUT! LITTLE KICKING, PUNCHING, DANCING, AND ABS

mon spinning class for 1 hour and shoulders!!
today 30 minute run on tread mil
legs then 15 min on cross fit
tan. i dont feel like details today i am a physical gal and typing is far from it!! seee yaaa

200 CRUNCHES IN VARIOUS ANGLES AND POSITONS
THEN LEGS HACK SQUATS, LEG PRESSES, 5 SETS: LEG EXTENSIONS, LEG CURLS AND SEATED HAMSTRING CURLS, HAMSTRING KICK BACKS, INNER AND OUTTER THIGH MACHINES 3 SETS IT FEELS GOOOD

TODAY WAS EXCELLENT I GOT TO THE GYM 2X!! I WENT EARLY AND DID:
25 MINUTES JOGGING ON THE TREADMILL
CHEST AND TRICEPS WORK OUT:
FLAT BENCH, INCLINE BENCH, FLYS, INCLINE DUMBELL PRESSES, PEC DEC, 3-5 SETS THEN OVERHEAD TRICEP PRESSES, TRICEP DIPS BETWEEN BENCHES, ONE ARM DUMBEL TRICEP, AND THAT FELT GREAT!!4 SETS_
TANNED
THEN WENT BACK IN THE EVENING AND DID" TOTAL CHAOS" FOR 1 HOUR !!IT IS A GREAT CLASS!! CARDIO!1 CARDIO!! CARDIO!! IS WHAT I NEED I WANT TO BURN THIS FAT OFF MY BOD!!!
