I started taking Lipo 6X again on Monday and I haven’t had the same experience with side effects this week. No rash, headaches aren’t as bad but sleep pattern is still a little off. My body must be getting used to it. Its only been two weeks and I’m already seeing little changes in my appearance. I’ve only lost one pound so far which tells me I must have my calorie intake where it needs to be since the idea is to lose fat not muscle. I’m glad that I decided to continue and hopefully I’ll have even more to report in the weeks to come.

My plan was to try an eight week cycle of Lipo 6X and post my progress along the way. After only 1 week though, I’m not sure if that’s going to be possible. After only three days, I broke out in an awful red, burning, itchy rash on my legs and lower back. The rash did subside after about 36 hours off of the supplement. So on Monday I will start again just so I can say that I gave the product a fair chance before I bash it in my review.

So far after only a week I can say nothing good about it. I’ve had trouble sleeping, not to mention the rash which I’ve read isn’t uncommon, and only lost a half of a pound. I do realize that I don’t have alot of fat to lose but so far I’ve had nothing but trouble. Hopefully next week will be different and if not, my review will be cut short.

I will be starting a new eight week cutting program on Monday using LIPO6X. I will make weekly updates to record progress and any details I may have noticed concerning LIPO6X. The only adjustments that I’m making in my diet are that I’m cutting out dairy and cheat meals. Training adjustments are that I’m adding two cardio sessions a week. I have not currently been doing any cardio. Because my goal is to maintain as much muscle as possible, I will adjust my diet accordingly over the next eight weeks, if I feel that I’m losing too much. My diet will be as follows:

Breakfast: 2 scoops of whey mixed in water with fruit

1 cup of oatmeal or whole wheat waffles with sugar free syrup

Lunch: Chicken or Tuna salad on whole wheat bagel with lettuce

Dinner: Chicken, Fish, Steak or Turkey with Vegetables and brown rice

Snacks: Whey protein in water

              Protein bars

              Cashews

I will be posting my before measurements this weekend.

Mon: Arms ( I haven’t given arms their seperate day in a long time and hopefully this will promote some serious arm growth)
  Tue: Legs
  Wed: off
  Thu: Back
  Fri: Chest and Shoulders
Right now I weigh at about the same weight as my before picture but my bodyfat is about 8% lower. So for now I’m going to continue to eat clean ( cleaner than holidays anyways) and will put off cutting for a few more weeks at which time I will be reviewing Nutrex Research’s Lipo 6X. Stay tuned.

Yesterday I took a big step toward reaching my fitness goals. I joined a gym. Most of you wouldn’t see this as anything big but I haven’t been in a gym for years. I’ve been training in my garage and the winter months have been a time to slack off when it’s gotten too cold. No excuses this year, I now have a gym membership. I’ve also changed up my routine, I’m now training Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays alternating upper and lower body. So it will be; Mon: upper body, Wed: lower body, Fri: upper body, Mon: lower body etc… I’m going to stay with this until after the Holidays when I cut again for a few weeks. I’m researching what fat burner to try and will post the results on my Bodyspace page.
