I have got the green light to go back to working out from the doc. As you can see i gained back more then when i first started. back to square one, i am in my fourth term of school and mantaining a 3.45 gpa, thats pretty exciting. Well, wish me luck in my 45 lb loss.

I have completed my first term, 2- A’s 1-B. I also found out that i will be having surgery on my right knee so lets hope that does not set me back to far! Hope everyone is doing good!!!

Well, i think my injury was the best thing for me. not only do i feel more relaxed but with the time off i feel stronger than before i got hurt, go figure. i will be measuring my bf% on the 15th of march and will be taking more progress pics. i hope to see a difference this time.

there are somethings that still make my ribs hurtbut its nice to know that i can atleast work out again. I am gunna start a new program this time mix up the workouts alot see if that helps with the body fat.

I was doing leg presses and i heard and felt something pop in my lower left ribs, went to the doctor and they said i seperated my ribs and man does it hurt. so it will be awhile before i get back to the gym,,,, so everyone be careful when working out because it can happen to anyone.
