day 3
on day 3 of velocity!! it hasn’t been as tough as i thought is was going to be..guess when you put your mind to something, and stop whining, you just do what ya gotta do to get what ya want… there have been a couple of energy crashes but i’ve pushed through them mentally..i have to get over the need for carbs if i’m gonna get lean. i picked this cause its the easiest to follow though i’ll probably never want to see a protein shake again after
i can already tell a difference in how my tummy looks, flatter definately and i just feel better, like i’m cleaning my system out… no stomach upset so far and cravings are down… gonna weigh in on sat. morning… started at 134lbs and hoping to make it to 125lbs.

Congrats on your mental accomplishment, its true its all in your head! push through anything! keep it up and never back down!

So far I’m still OK with protein shakes. But boiled eggs, chicken & tuna………
I’m either going to sprout wings or gills, not sure which at this point.

Thank for posting. I plan on using the v-diet this spring, but I got doubt about it (seriously, just shake???) and I like to read people’ impression about it. I’ll read your blog whit interest in the next week.
