2 more to go to get that spray tan
that has been my motivation… heh heh. I’m going to add a short cardio session at end of each bb workout for aprox. 20 min. and see if that speeds things along. just did great shoulder/tri routine…and abs…did 100 reps fast… maybe shaking my routine up will help as well… i’m trying to be patient but i just want to lean out so bad… i don’t want to lose muscle so i’m going slow but my first instinct is to just not eat and run for like 3 hrs.
i know better tho plus i’ve worked to hard to let it waste away…

Sounds like you got everything down. I bet you’ll be getting in the Versa Spa by next week.
