5 miles today

long run today … did back and bis at gym…  felt weak when i first got there but picked up momentum after first superset :)   have GOT to pick up some energy drink mix :)   weight goal is not progressing… thought extra cardio would help… don’t know what i’m doin wrong… guess still eatin too much…
