pull up goal is getting closer
want to do 10 … did shoulders and tri today..felt kinda weak and fat in gym but i think its cause i ran out of pre-workout drink mix…could be in my head but i usually feel better than i did today… did 3miles with speed work on treadmill at home this afternoon… have a 5k comin up on the 28th… hope it warms up…i hate this cold weather!!

Have you tried kipping pull ups? They are a speed type pull up where you kip yourself up and over the bar. they will help your regular chin up numbers + give you a cardio llike affect. My deadhang pull ups stopped at 12. When i learned how to kip i could do 25 kipping. My deadhang went up to 17. Try this website. Go to http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/excercise.html

yeah!! i love cross fit stuff..very cool!! i have looked at those but i don’t have anwhere to try them… don’t want to look like idiot in gym ha ha our gym only has one pull up area and its not a straight bar… only the handle thingys
