began 5k training on monday… feelin better on my feet, alot slower tho but i’ll speed it up eventually.. decided to do half marathon in febuary… not for time, just need some motivation and i miss doing that distance… it gives me a deep sense of satisfaction. the 5k training is for speed and i’ll be doin my test run in 3 weeks then the second test will be 4 weeks after that. switching up my bb training has proven fruitful but i’ve lost some bench strength because i haven’t had a partner to spot me.. i’ll just have to start buggin whoever is at the gym
still want to bench body weight… so many goals…so little time
