headed out around 8:30 this morning for my long run, thinking i would get it over before it got too hot… needless to say about 20 min. into it my clothes were completely stuck to me and i felt like i was going to have a heat stroke i pushed thru tho and ended up making pretty good time… have a strange pain on the outside of my foot tho… not sure what that is about… running at 128lbs. vs. 114 lbs. is a wee bit harder on the bones i suppose
i basically cheated all weekend on my diet but managed to keep up with runs and bb routines… hopefully i didn’t do too much damage… i seem to be stuck at my current weight and i’m totally frustrated because i need to lose it in order to run faster… i eat realy clean and thought that adding all this extra cardio would make a difference… maybe i need more rest

5 miles in 45 minutes… great considering i’m only a week into running again, plus i still have about 10 lbs. of extra weight since last time… i feel like i’ll easily get my goal of sub 2hrs for the half, and hope to be crossin that line in more like 1:45-1:50 we’ll see…. abs are comin along… rest day for bb

oh my goodness! i’m so glad to be running again, i swear i’ve been on an endorphine rush since 4pm… ran outside and it was so frickin hot i thought i might throw up but i just kept tellin myself, "how bad do you want this?.. ok then suck it up and make this mean something!!" ha ha i thought doing two workouts every day was goin to be bitter but i actually have amazing energy right now… did chest and shoulders in gym, went up to 65lbs. on decline presses… i know, big whooo right? and up to 30’s on db presses!! pretty good for a girl, i think

training was a breeze today..maybe thats not a good thing 3 miles was easy, then did light legs with hubby in the afternoon… should have done more, like ABS, but we had to make it back home to cook for the girls…they’re leaving for arizona with their dad on wed. for a vacation… my body feels strong and my abs are changing… looking forward to seeing some leaning out by the end of the week!!

it’s monday, the beginning of an intense schedule for me for the next twelve weeks… i’m expecting and believing for true change in my body and my spirit as well…i love having specific goals and i’m going to push myself to be faster and fitter, putting in place a dose of solid self-esteem and an example to my girls that anything is possible with enough sweat, blood and guts running races gives me direct feedback on my progress and i love crossing those finish lines EVERY single time… even in a bad race, the sense of accomplishment is like food for my soul.

push-up test today!! 32 in 30 seconds!! i started at 17 in 30 back in April, so i’m pumped at my progress! did awesome shoulder workout today, a triple set that had me and my husband making goofy faces and funny noises hitting abs hard core…. so sore!! i can see the changes already…. after starting running program this week i can already see some leaning out!! can’t deal with this fluff any longer!! rest day tomorrow!! goin to the lake!! peace!:)

at least my body!! been at the gym twice a day every day this week…they say it takes thirt days to form a habit…guess i have three more weeks to go… so glad to be running regularly again… my legs were aching to feel the freedom that it brings to my body and my mind…i just feel like it flushes all the bad stuff out, and cleanses my mind as well… i’m also adding in alot of abs in between sets… tried to do some of ya’lls crazy ab routines… wears me out!! but i’m not givin up determined to be able to run in a jog bra without everything jiggling around like jelly ewww!!!

gettting stronger every day and had to brag!! i went up to 20lbs. on dumbell curls today!! completed 4 sets!! and up to 40lb ez bar on preacher curls!! i love this stuff
