on day 3 of velocity!! it hasn’t been as tough as i thought is was going to be..guess when you put your mind to something, and stop whining, you just do what ya gotta do to get what ya want… there have been a couple of energy crashes but i’ve pushed through them mentally..i have to get over the need for carbs if i’m gonna get lean. i picked this cause its the easiest to follow though i’ll probably never want to see a protein shake again after
i can already tell a difference in how my tummy looks, flatter definately and i just feel better, like i’m cleaning my system out… no stomach upset so far and cravings are down… gonna weigh in on sat. morning… started at 134lbs and hoping to make it to 125lbs.

beginnig velocity diet tomorrow…hoping to lose 12lbs in 28 days… looking forward to new routine and need a break from running…injuries are still acting up…

every joint in my body was hurting
feel great this week, workouts are much more energetic and my body feels rested… i stressed about not goin but i feel soooo much better… ready to kick some butt in there tomorow:)

did 10 miles yesterday…everything hurts… lol… started new gym last weekend, little grungier than i’m used to but i like seeing different faces, and there seems to be more of a bb atmosphere instead of a bunch of cardio equipment riders
bench went up 10lbs. and overall strength doesn’t seem to be suffering from the running yet… trying to give myself sufficient recovery time between workouts and keeping the weights heavy

ran 6 miles on this gorgeous day!! first time in awhile its been warm enough for me to venture my training off my treadmill and outside…running outdoors is so much better!! i feel so much more alive
changing gyms tomorrow, its gonna feel weird but i need a new atmosphere and was told the one i’m going to has more of a hardcore bb attitude. going to talk to a nutrionist this week and thinking about doing a show in chattanooga in june…i hope 4 months is enough time for me to get where i need to be

2 more to go to get that spray tan
that has been my motivation… heh heh. I’m going to add a short cardio session at end of each bb workout for aprox. 20 min. and see if that speeds things along. just did great shoulder/tri routine…and abs…did 100 reps fast… maybe shaking my routine up will help as well… i’m trying to be patient but i just want to lean out so bad… i don’t want to lose muscle so i’m going slow but my first instinct is to just not eat and run for like 3 hrs.
i know better tho plus i’ve worked to hard to let it waste away…

long run today … did back and bis at gym… felt weak when i first got there but picked up momentum after first superset
have GOT to pick up some energy drink mix
weight goal is not progressing… thought extra cardio would help… don’t know what i’m doin wrong… guess still eatin too much…

pull up goal is getting closer
want to do 10 … did shoulders and tri today..felt kinda weak and fat in gym but i think its cause i ran out of pre-workout drink mix…could be in my head but i usually feel better than i did today… did 3miles with speed work on treadmill at home this afternoon… have a 5k comin up on the 28th… hope it warms up…i hate this cold weather!!
