October 11, 2008so i took a week long break and tonight will be my first night back in the gym and boy am i looking forward to it. i have been eating alot this week so hopefully it will pay off. I have four more day until i start my 5 day a week cardio plan which is going to last for 2 and a half monthes. im hoping to trim some fat before i head back to the states for leave in january. i cant wait to see my girlfriend it has been wayyyyyy to long.
