CAN STILL HIT 315 FOR SQUATS
400 ON DONKEY CALF RAISE max on machine
500 FOR STANDING CALF RAISE max on machine
put all weights on bar and had to deadlift off floor to perform shrugs 305LBS
WILL WORK ON CHEST NOW THAT RACKS ARE DONE

changed workout tonight and did all dumbell(waiting for rack modification)
incline 50/60/70/80 x 8
flat 50/60/70/80 x 8
decline 50/60/70/80 x 8
machine flyes 60/70/80 x 10
pec squeeze 60/70/80 x 10(stand at butterflye and palms in and squeeze)

no place for pull ups
but
if i turn my adj bench backwards against home gym , and have the back straight up , sit with my chest against the benchback , and pull on the latbar using a wide grip emulating a pull up. ???????

full on presses etc. , no problem front lateral raises less weight , side lateral raises less weight.
25 lb max without the twinges
30# and up the muscle or tendon?? twitches and there goes the control
i am going to have to do a lot more strengthiening exercises
any suggestions or ideas ????
