progress photos…hmmm
i’ve been avoiding taking any progress photos for fear of disappointment BUT i think i should take some as it may stop me from binge eating every so often.
i seem to be 100% clean for a while (7 weeks is my longest) and then something will come up….a social event when i’m depressed (that’s the main one) and then i will cheat then that will turn into a 2 day binge on muffins, chocolate, anything bad etc.
so this weekend i’m going to buy the best fake tan i can afford (lol) and then take some photos
hopefully that will get me back on track.
