Body Fat (??)
My body fat was recently measured as being 19% by my trainers formula and prob around 14% by the gym’s formula but both of these have me perplexed.
I feel ‘fatter’ than this. I’ve apparently dropped 10% body fat since starting my 12 week challenge but still feel/look the same pretty much so am thinking for me to look like a real competitor my BF would have to read 2% by these formulas!!!!!
Anyone else find it all a little confusing???

Some people carry weight differently and literally may be more thick skinned than others. Then there are things like whether you keep dairy in your diet. Its a relative number and on stage all that matters is how you end up looking to the eye, not what the calipers read. There are always variables with the different formulas, be it a 3, 4, or 7 site test, the quality of calipers used, hydration, etc. Don’t put too much in it. Keep focused on what you see in the mirror and make changes based on that.
