oh crap…..take 2!!
ate rubbish all weekend….again!! hate myself for it but my measurements came out ok except for my weight (obviously that has gone up but hope to get that back down this week) and my waist (it always goes up after ANY eating)
my body fat is down to 19.2% (according to one formula from my trainer) the gym formula has me as being approx 5% less….. i’m going with the 19.2%. it seems more accurate.
