i really want to get as much as possible out of 2009 but i’m already looking forward to reaching new goals in 2010!
i’m so excited. 2010 will be my year!!!!!
2009 goals
- get weight to approx 58kgs (BF 14%) then work on muscle mass while maintaining lowish body fat
- increase shoulder measurements to 106cm (not sure how realistic this is. i’ve only had one official measurement taken at 103.9cm)
- get my waist measuremnt to a reasonable 72cm and hips to 94cm.
2010 goals
- increase shoulder size to 108??
- complete my PT qualifications and find a fabulous job that makes me happy
- research further into competitions and nutrition
- work on my quads (really want that outer sweep)
- also need to concentrate on glutes
