Back on track - Day 1
Back to it this morning. Am feeling fat but feeling good too. Cannot wait to lose a few kilos.
This morning was Shoulders and Abs and Cardio - burned 720 calories, then I walked 25 minutes to work and 25 minutes after work.
Diet was really good today as well. So glad and feel so much better eating clean.
Just have to keep it up for another 19 weeks (that’s my goal date)

Well done for getting back up and going at it again. And now you have the feeling back again of how good it is to eat well. Keep that feeling and remember it is wayyyyyy better than how you feel after eating cr*p! Go strong!
