Ugh!!
After a week of eating crap and too much of it I weighed myself this morning.
I knew it would be bad but still hoped to be pleasantly surprised (i wasn’t!!)
I took a deep breath, took to the scales and ……..68kg!!!!!! OMG!! That’s disgusting!! I’m so ashamed and disgusted with myself.
I’m starting anew on Monday. I went out tonight and bought myself some new workout clothes and will get some more tomorrow (really needed new clothes and it will give me a new buzz for training)
I will be blogging daily and may even try to do some video blogs as well. I will upload progress photos and update my stats every week.
Summer is coming………

Why wait till Monday? Start now. Eating right and get to the gym at first chance. Why waste the weekend?
You know its the only way forward, and you can do it…..its all in the mind.

Get back on track and those extra lbs will drop right off…its most like a little water weight anyway! Just use this as a reminder to keep it clean
