2 weeks of eating clean! Wooo Hooo!!!
Sunday, May 31st, 200914 days straight with no cheats….not even any protein bars or cookies. I am so proud of myself. I had several temptations of this weekend (bakery items, hot chips, calamari etc) but I stood my ground and I feel FANTASTIC!!
I’ve lost weight too. My trainer and I want me to diet down to see where I need to work on most and then I will begin a 5-6 month ‘bulking’ phase. I’ve never really eaten more to purposely put on weight so am not sure how i will go with it, mentally speaking. I will be ok I think if I don’t put on too much body fat. I don’t want to have two wardrobes (one for off season and one for on season)
what have other women experienced with ‘bulking’?? i’m keen to hear feedback, anecdotes, ideas, thoughts…
