I need help

I don’t think I can do this on my own. While I have cut out bad cheat foods (chocolate, pizza, beer and all of that stuff) I still tend to OD on semi-cheat foods like my protein cookies (instead of having one occassionally, i’ll have 3 or more in 1 day)

I need a trainer and some  personal help but I can’t really afford it. I’ve had PT before. I loved it!! She was able to get more out of me at each session than I EVER thought possible. Compared to those sessions what I do now on my own is about 60% and it really sux. I’ts getting me down.

Just feeling low today. :( Any suggestions, ideas, help really appreciated. The area I get depressed about most is my stomach. I seem to hold fat there alot. A close second comes butt and thighs (of course)

I very unexpectedly got offered an ‘extra’ role on a feature film that is being made here in Brisbane. I couldnt’ turn it down. The shoot was 6pm - 5am. A long night but I had so much fun and the memories are awesome, plus I’ll be on the big screen. It was worth it!!!!!!

Other than that messing up a couple of days worth of training and diet I am doing well. Will be posting progress pics in a fortnight (even if I see no changes) :)

WELCOME 2009

Well I’ve had to start again since I fell of the wagon in a major way over Xmas. But I’m not getting too down about it coz I’ve planned better this year and am focusing on Summer 2009 and rocking it out on the beach. :) (and all the fab new clothes I’m going to buy)

Began again in earnest this week. Diet seems easier this time around. 1st week of weights after time off has been a little exhausting (having the ‘curse’ this week hasnt’ helped either ;) ) but I feel great.

Just gonna take things one day at a time!
