I need help
Saturday, January 31st, 2009I don’t think I can do this on my own. While I have cut out bad cheat foods (chocolate, pizza, beer and all of that stuff) I still tend to OD on semi-cheat foods like my protein cookies (instead of having one occassionally, i’ll have 3 or more in 1 day)
I need a trainer and some personal help but I can’t really afford it. I’ve had PT before. I loved it!! She was able to get more out of me at each session than I EVER thought possible. Compared to those sessions what I do now on my own is about 60% and it really sux. I’ts getting me down.
Just feeling low today.
Any suggestions, ideas, help really appreciated. The area I get depressed about most is my stomach. I seem to hold fat there alot. A close second comes butt and thighs (of course)
