I’ve begun!! And I feel good. I did my legs workout on Saturday. Was awesome except I did feel a little lightheaded and queasy about half way through. Think it could have been the fat burners I took prior. I haven’t taken them for ages and ages so I think my body got a bit of a shock.
Sunday was rest day and family bbq. Proud to say I stuck to a healthy diet.
Now it’s Monday and I got up to do Chest and Abs. Didn’t do it properly but the fact that I actually got UP is a good thing.
The weight bench I bought is a bit crap. There is so much I want to get so I can deck out a decent mini gym. (shame space is a problem for me) I want to get a decline situp bench, a spin bike!! I’d love a treadmill too (gee, i don’t want much do I?)
Anyway tomorrow is another rest day (or I may do a little cardio) It’s just that I have class tonight so wont’ get home til after 9pm and find that I can’t sleep for at least another hour and I like to get in at least 8 hours per night.
