Cardio & Yoga
Since i have decided not to lift any weights this coming week, let me rephrase that, since my body has decided not to let me lift weights this coming week, i have to find a way to still stay connected at the gym, (me bad) so my plan is to do my cardio classes and yoga after to stretch out all my kinks. This week is going to be sooo hard
I would love to hear some ways that others fill in that free time when you give your body a rest. Hoping i will come back stronger.Please keep it clean, thanks!
