I can’t eat wright
I need some kind of very strict diet telling me exactly what to eat and how much. Because currently my trying to eat wright isn’t working. I eat healthy most of the time but then I eat a whole bunch of what ever I can find. I figure I work out a lot it’s not that bad. However I know I could have so much better progress if I could control my diet better.

Don’t say can’t!!!! Because its all about choice. Say this 10 times: All Nutrients- All The Time. Everyone focuses on what not to eat. I focus on eating what I should: multi vitamin, lots of water, nutritious foods (whole grains, good fats, adequate protein and carbs). 5-6 small servings every couple hours. Anything else is the devil (sugar, salt, substitutes, white bread, white pasta, white rice)! lol! When you cut out the other stuff its a whole lot simpler. We call it eating clean.
