I need some kind of very strict diet telling me exactly what to eat and how much. Because currently my trying to eat wright isn’t working. I eat healthy most of the time but then I eat a whole bunch of what ever I can find. I figure I work out a lot it’s not that bad. However I know I could have so much better progress if I could control my diet better.

I eat way too much food. I try to make sure it’s healthy but I’m doing a lousy job. We’ll see if I can be at 18% in 3 days.

I just got done with a 2 day cheer camp and I’m overly dehydrated but my scale says I’m at 17% bodyfat. We’ll see what it says in a couple of days.
