I’ve been slackin on hittin the gym the last two weeks been packing up and moving and all so just been dealing with that stuff. Did work out yesterday and man I am sore due to the lack of it for about two weeks now and it sucks. I plan on getting back on track this next week and trying to make up for the lost workouts. I am also training for a Toughan Contest it’s on June 13th and 14th in Lawton, OK Anyone want to go watch me kick sum A$$ come on down. I am also looking for a sponsor’s for this event it cost $200 and the sponsors get
1. The sponsor can hang a banner with business or company name (up to 3’ x 8’) in the arena/venue.
2. The sponsor will receive 4 ringside seats, 2 for Friday night and 2 for Saturday night.
3. The sponsor’s business or company will also get announced as the fighter enters the ring!

I have been caughing and spitting up the last two days now having a bad headacke. Dang I hope i’m not getting sick again. For months my family has been passing it around. We did not goto church today due to my caughing and our son doing the same. Also were gettin ready for a move life is sure putting some test on use.

Going to the gym and tearing up some weights. Will do lots of cardio also trying to melt away this fatness I have or am LOL. Felling good.

Man oh man i’m tired but felling good. My workout today was great. I did some heavy lifting and 45 min cardio. I realy fell good and lookin forward to the same for tommorow. Thanks to all my friends on here that help keep me motivated. Just to name one she is a BodyBuilding.com employee who I taled with on the phone today and she encouraged me and gave me some tips. Thank you Paula your a great person.

I am home on the weekends with both my sons cause my wife works all the time so I do not goto the gym on weekends. I did me some Lifting with my one 25 LBS dumbell here at home. I entered most of what I did in my workout tracker. Still getting use to using that all my workouts are not entered but when I find time I am doing it.
I need me some more dumbells think I need to buy a good set. Maybe after our move we will be moving within a month I may get so things then. Anyway I thank you for reading my blog and if you did not know I am in the MuscleTech contest and appreciate any of your support. Thanks.
