Well, I am totally on target to lose some serious body fat–I am not sure if I need to increase my cardio or what-my eating probably needs to get cleaned up a little more than my current habits. My cardio goals right now are about 3 hours per week. I am lifting 4 or 5 days/week-usually one day per body part, sometimes legs/glutes twice-trying to work on getting leaner lower body for sure–running seems to work well. Any thoughts, please share!
