Transition period
Time to transition from the modified v-diet to contest mode (3 weeks).
I’ll be headed to camp to teach this week comming (hope of hopes my musclespeed v.2 comes in time! If not, trip home!) and try to survive all of the glorious camp food. I’m taking alot of protein powder, my blender, and an ice cube tray

Otherwise, I have Wednesday afternoon off for a Dean’s meeting in Altoona. I’m going to take advantage of the outting to hit the local gym and get in a quick ME blitz (Deads, Bench, and hopefully squats) and then back for more camp. My wife’s phone is web enabled, so I can keep my supp log updated in the evenings/mornings.
