As far as diets go, I’d say it was a pretty easy one (3 to 4 out of 10 on difficulty). I really need to carb up now though
Transition will consisit of 3 scoop shake for breakfast and 3 scoop for bed and 3 feedings inbetween + a pwo shake. Calories will be the same. I will incorporate some whole grains and fruit now, 10% of total daily calories with one "carb day" per week.
