28 day diet: day 26 (2 to go!)
I’m still here!
The diet has been going well and final weigh-ins and measurements are slated for Friday morning. I’ve noticed a few things in the past 4-5 days that have been very different from the first 21:
+ I’m requiring alot less sleep to feel alert and awake.
+ My focus and memory have gotten better.
+ My strength is beginning to come up a bit.
+ I’ve had to revamp my squat, bench, and DL form due to different body structure (Fun fun fun
)
+ I am noticably leaner.
+ I’ve been more aggressive and less patient. Not a great thing. I think a part of this is the lower carbs.
