Lenten Lifting

Alright. As the wise man once said "Excuses are like armpits: Everyone has a couple and they all stink". I’ve missed my last two weeks worth of workouts. Insert lame excuse here. The reality of life is that my competition and deadline is quickly approaching and will not slow down because of my schedule or duties. So…
Workout scheduled for tommorrow @ 2pm. Deadlifts, shrugs, and dumbell rows. Wednesday and friday are blocked off for the same time frame (2-5) to hit Bench Press and Squats. Diet has been cleaned back up since friday past. Wish me luck.
p.s.: I know that Lent is the season of sacrifice, but who would have thought it was sacrificing lifting.
