Squats tommorrow!

First week back and 10 weeks of training out from my competition. I’ve switched DL’s to Mondays and Squats to Thursdays as this is only a push pull. Felt strong on Monday and Tuesday, but got a cold Tuesday night throughout today. I’ve begun my creatine today in hopes that it, along with the mega doses of vitamin C and others, will speed up my recovery and allow for a strong workout tommorrow.
I didn’t eat much today due to sick appetite. Wish me luck on tommorrow!
