ooookay, that bitch is gone, sent her to hell - time to recover and lift some weight again.. went to gym yesterday and had one hour of intensive boxing.. I’m feeling like reborn
going through some love/relationship stuff and having some problems with it, what demotivates me a lot.. but I have to get over it and won’t let it affect my training !!!!
I have to change my bodyfat goal - it was 12%, but as I advance through my bodyfat loss, I see I look too slim - and I want to be skullcrusher Therefore I ofund 14% bodyfat should be okay for me. When I reach it, I have to focus on muscle growth.
My current dobyfat is 18.3 what means I’m on halfway to my primary goal - yeeehaaa !!
Overall status : lost 10kg, 4% bodyfat in 2 months.. nice
I found this morning I lost another 1% of bodyfat, and another 3kg of bodyweight in just 2 weeks !! cool, I hope I can stay motivated and go on this way..
