Minor set back
Ok so a couple of weeks ago I hurt my right wrist while lifting. I thought I had the bar back on the rack and when I loosened my grip realized that I didn’t have the right side back on the rack Ouch!!! So yeah and being an idiot and not resting the wrist and taking proper care of it, I hurt it really badly last night while doing the over head press (don’t ask why I was doing overhead press with a sprained wrist LOL) So yeah, now I can’t apply ANY pressure on my right wrist, driving today was very fun by the way LOL! Luckily I finished my weight lifting for the week! I’m hoping that these next few days will help heal the wrist and I will just work the lower body in the beginning of next week. Hopefully the pain will subside and I can go back to lifting (ligther for awhile of course LOL!)

Sorry to hear it. I feel your pain. I sprained my wrist last week too. It sucks
