Breaking the 125lb. barrier

I’ve been lifting a decent amount of time…and i havent exceeded 125lbs. yet……its kinda bugging me…im pretty sure im eating enough, so who knows……

Gaining weight

Been to the gym for two weeks, seeing awesome gains. Before then, I only had free weights and barely saw any gains. Hopefully by the end of summer i’ll start seeing some really good results
