Well we have started in March already and it is galloping away like a mad thing, For the last 4 weeks i have not really been able to train at my gym due to an infection, this has had a bit of a negative effect on me. If i want to chase my goals i have to eat and train hard, missing the training out feels terrible. I am sure i will recover quickly enough.
On the more positive side i decided to take some new pics and measurments, I am ever so slowly growing. Now at 158lb:) Who said the journey was going to be easy, non one at all said that. I will get back to my training soon enough:)
