well this morning i weight in at 236 lbs. that is a 19 lbs. loss since i started, that is a start, my goal is to be 200 by next summer, but i think i can reach that goal way before that . we will have to see, i’m loosing about 2-3 lbs. a week, which is not to bad well at least i don’t think is that bad i have met some people that tell me that lost 20lbs in a month. but then after about 3 months or so they gain it back. so i was told by my doctor that 2-3 lbs is a good pace to loose the weight , although i sometime get impatiance about not loosing more weight i now that in the long run, i can keep it off because i worked so hard to loose it .
